For small articles in fashion, household linen, decoration and household appliances

You can return your items free of charge to the point of withdrawal. Your reimbursement will take place within 14 days, on the initial payment method.
2 steps :

1. I declare my return

This step is mandatory, otherwise we will not be able to take care of your return

In a first step, check in « My account », section « My contact details » that your email address is correct.
Then, in « Follow my » commands :

•Select the command to return

•Click on the « button Return an article »

•Select the item (s) ( s ) to return and indicate the reason if you wish.

2. I choose my return option

We offer you 2 return options, choose the one that suits you best !

The Return Smart : no label to print ! Fast and ecological

•Select the SMART option

•You receive a QR code by email

•Prepare your package in their original packaging and drop your return to the relay point of your choice. Present your QR code to the merchant .

Standard Return : by printing your return label

•Select the standard option

•You receive your label by email

•Prepare your package in their original packaging, stick your label and drop your return to the point of withdrawal of your choice.

Good to know :
You have 14 calendar days to drop your package in Relais Colis point regardless of the return option chosen. After this time, your slip or QR code will no longer be usable.
If the deadlines allow, you can make a new intention to return to our site, or contact our Customer Service if applicable.

Vous pouvez également effectuer votre retour à vos frais par La Poste :
Retournez votre colis, à l’adresse suivante :
La Redoute Quai 30 – 30 rue de Chardonnet – 59150 Wattrelos
Pensez à insérer votre facture à l’intérieur du colis. Sans elle, nous ne pourrons pas procéder au remboursement.
Compte tenu du délai postal et du traitement, votre remboursement sera déclenché sous 3 semaines environ.

Bon à savoir :
Depuis les DOM-TOM, les frais sont à votre charge et le délai moyen de remboursement est de 4 à 6 semaines après réception et traitement du colis par nos services.

La Redoute se charge de récupérer le colis chez vous, sur rendez-vous, gratuitement !
Organisez la reprise de votre article en appelant directement un Conseiller Clients.

Bon à savoir :
Afin de faciliter la reprise et votre remboursement, retournez votre article volumineux dans son état et son emballage d’origine.
Votre remboursement aura lieu sous 3 à 4 semaines, sur le mode de paiement initial.
